"Hummer" is next to "drummer" so it's an understandable mistake. Your brain plays tricks on you, you know. What's wrong with "to kill it"? I'm not saying it IS Matt's father, I'm just saying it's plausible, if Matt's father isn't american. |

I dunno. I really don't have a clue. Hmm..their surname is Asti isn't it? Yeah, doesn't sound American at all to me. More like..well, where's that alchoholic drink called Asti from? |

We wouldn't spare all the people who made grammar mistakes at the other MGMT forum, but when a person claiming to be Matt's dad does it and we laugh at it, it's suddenly not cool and we must consider that maybe his dad isn't American. But please don't judge it just on a last name. Goldwasser and VanWyngarden sound very un-American to me, too. And it would be very very verrrrrry coincident if Matt's last name was Asti and he came from Asti haha!! Not that any of you is saying that, it just made me laugh. Anyway.... any other questions for the FAQ? |

My parents both type with internet lingo cuz they think its cool or something... so it doesn't seem impossible that Matt's potential poppa might do the same. (yeah my mom says things like "C U L8R... LUV U" which is a lot worse than "sez"... or is it?) Them crazy old folks and their slang words! |
