A few months ago I created a blog with the purpose of interviewing lo-fi/indie/etc bands and songwriters and giving them a push by promoting them in Portugal. It's still under construction but I've already interviewed some people. So, if you have a band or make music on your own and are interested in an interview, let me know and I'll be more than glad to do it!
